Your package will be shipped within two business days after you place your order. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Once we hand your package over to the carrier, we have no control over the package and they are responsible for delivering your package within a reasonable timeframe. Your items may arrive sooner or later than the estimated delivery date. 

Once items are dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please continue to track and be on the lookout for the delivery of your package. Please collect your package as soon as it's delivered to mitigate the risk of theft, tampering, damage or loss of any kind. We will not be responsible for any package that was delivered to your address but you report as not having been received.  If you do not receive your package though tracking information says it was delivered, please contact the carrier shown on your tracking information immediately.

If your tracking information doesn't progressively update or you believe your package may be stuck in transit and didn't get to your address, please notify us immediately.

If you will be away from your address after placing your order and will not be there when your package arrives, be sure to take steps to ensure your package will be safe and secure in your absence. For example, you may designate someone to collect and keep the package for you, you may ask your carrier to delay delivery till you return or you may ask your carrier to deposit your package in an area safe from theft, from rain, from damage and other elements. Your order arrives in a cardboard box and will get wet if left out in the rain.  The content is packaged but be aware water seeps through the tiniest of gaps. Please be proactive in collecting your package so you can enjoy your beautiful products. You are responsible for planning accordingly and we will not be responsible for safeguarding your package after it has been delivered to your address. We will not be responsible for its theft, tampering, damage from rain, damage from the elements or loss of any kind.

Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders placed with Economy or Standard shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business-Day, Next Day and Saturday delivery options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. is proud to offer shipping to APO & FPO addresses. The delivery time for APO & FPO shipments may vary. On the Billing page of checkout enter APO or FPO in the "City" field and select one of the following three choices from the "State" pull-down menu - AA for Armed Forces of America, AE for Armed Forces Europe, AP for Armed Forces Pacific.
Please note: Pre-Order allows you to order items that are not immediately available for shipping and, therefore, won't ship until a later date. You can expect your pre-ordered items to arrive by the expected delivery date, which is shown for each pre-order item during checkout and included in your Pre-Order confirmation email. Pre-ordered items may arrive sooner than the expected delivery date. Please also note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. You will be notified via email if there is an issue that will delay your delivery beyond the expected delivery date. 
Shipping rates are automatically pulled in from the different carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Beddley does not add to these standard rates. Sometimes we offer FREE shipping promotions.
Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. 
Gift cards are shipped separately free of charge and are not eligible for expedited shipping. 
You may be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You may also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. 
Check Order Status and Track Shipments Online
If you have a registered account with, you will be able to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s). 
If you do not have a account yet, set one up under My Account. You may also track an order by entering your order number and billing zip code under  "Track Your Order".
