When will my order ship?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed with Economy or Standard shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.
Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
We endeavor to ship your purchase as quickly as possible, in order to meet your estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery dates are calculated prior to order verification and credit approval. Delays in order verification or credit approval could result in a later delivery date.

What does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping rates are automatically pulled in from the different carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Sometimes we offer FREE shipping promotions.
Gift cards are sent electronically, free of charge.
Through which carrier will my order ship?
We use several methods and carriers to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible based on your selected delivery method and location. Deliveries will be made during the carrier’s normal business hours. Once your order has shipped, you can track your order’s location using the information provided by the carrier chosen to handle your shipment.
Orders sent by 2-Business-Day or Next Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. through 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 2-Business-Day or Next Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address.
What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed at Beddley.com, you cannot make changes. However, once your package arrives, you may contact us to request an exchange. For assistance please email our Customer Service Representatives by clicking here
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can ship to another address. When you register with Beddley.com, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It’s easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. Beddley.com will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery).

What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy
• The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment form if returned in the original and unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice. Refund is issued less shipping and credit card processing fees. If you're exchanging, we may choose to bear the original cost of shipping paid to the Carrier.
• After 30 days, the item is not eligible for return or credit.
• Items must be in original new condition and unused to be accepted as a return.
What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because Beddley.com will not be responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can track the status of your return shipment at Beddley.com through My Account
. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.
If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?
Exchanging gifts is easy, since all gifts come with a gift receipt without prices. Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a Beddley.com online gift certificate.
Will my order be taxed?
Depending on your state, applicable sales tax will be incurred, as mandated by US tax authorities. You will see at checkout if tax is applied or not. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates; however, items paid for with gift certificates may be taxed depending on your state as enumerated above.
I live outside the United States. Can I order from Beddley.com?

Can I see a record of my transactions with Beddley.com?
By registering with us, you can check your order status online through the Order History area of your User Profile. All of the details regarding past purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing. How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different size or color, how do I do that?
You can return your exchange by mail. You will need to specify the new color or size of the item you are exchanging on the return/exchange form and include the form in your return package. Once we receive your package in perfect condition, we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt.
How do I know which size to purchase?

Is your merchandise manufactured in the USA?
No. We started manufacturing operations in the US but have moved production overseas since the advent of the pandemic, in an effort to continue to make products available to our customers. Our domestic resources have been, rightfully so, fully dedicated to making PPE for medical personnel. Rest assured our products are always ethically sourced and made; we not compromise on quality. Our products are manufactured to the highest standards, OEKO-TEX certified as devoid of harmful chemicals, and we bring you only the best.

Registering with Beddley.com isn’t required to explore the site, but it will allow you to fully enjoy Beddley.com. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with the site will become more personal and convenient over time. You cannot make purchases without being registered.
