    We Appreciate Your Business

    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this policy will be followed to ensure the safety and good health of all our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    RETURNS
    We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Beddley.com purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

    Please note:

    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to deduct any shipping or handling costs covered by us from your refund.

    • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

    To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

    • Item must be in brand new condition as received, packaged as received
    • Have all packaging labels, tags, and law labels attached as received
    • The item must be returned in the original product packaging
    • The item must be clean and undamaged
    • The item hasn't been used, washed, processed in a dryer or altered
    • Return with the original invoice
    • Not a final sale item or gift card

    Bedding is considered an intimate and personal item. So, for the safety of our customers, we do not sell any item that is not completely brand new. Therfore, we cannot accept items that do not comply with the above. 

    With rare exceptions, non-compliant returns may be accepted within 30 days, subject to a 70% handling fee. We do not restock or resell such items. Be sure you want to keep your item before putting it in a washing machine or a dryer. Please do not ask to return such items; thank you. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except if we made an error.

    Color: Please verify the color of your Beddley purchase before removing it from the package and spreading it out or washing it.

    Size versus Dimensions: Please verify the dimensions of your Beddley purchase as clearly shown on the packaging and on the website's product page (Size Guide) before purchasing or removing from the package. Please note that there are no universal dimensions for any duvet cover size. For example, any size, e.g. Queen, comes in different dimensions depending on the bedding brand or manufacturer.

    To ensure you purchase a duvet cover that is a fit for your duvet or comforter, it's important you know the dimensions of your duvet or comforter. Please do not assume our King-size duvet cover will be a fit for your King-size duvet/comforter or that our Queen-size duvet cover will be a fit for your Queen-size duvet/comforter, etc.

    Beddley cannot accept items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to bleaching agents. We cannot claim responsibility for shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, dry cleaners, irons, or steamers.

    To return an item in its original condition, please email us at hello@beddley.com for further instructions. Please include the reason for your return, so we may direct your return to the appropriate address.

    Please allow 2 to 5 business days to screen and process returns. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days. Refund will be applied to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling

     

    Shipping
    Except if we inadvertently sent you the wrong item, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We're happy to provide a prepaid return label if requested - the cost will be deducted from the refund. We recommend sending your return with an insured, tracking option. We will not be responsible for lost returns.

    If we ship your package to you at no cost to you, we reserve the right to deduct that from your refund amount.

    We will send you an email once your returned item has been received and your refund has been processed.

    Exchanges & Replacements
    We will be happy to exchange your product for a different color or size if the product remains brand new and packaged as received. Please see details below.

    Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the original order received free shipping, the new product choice will have a shipping cost payable by the customer applied.

    Color: Please verify the color before removing from the package.

    Size: Please verify the size and dimensions as clearly shown on the packaging and on the website's product page before removing from the package.

    Every exchange request must comply with all the following to be accepted:

    • The item must be in new condition as received
    • Have all packaging labels, tags, and law labels attached as received
    • The item must be returned in the original packaging
    • The item hasn't been used, washed, or altered
    • Not a final sale item or gift card

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

    You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with an insured tracking option because Beddley.com will not be responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
