Bedding is considered an intimate and personal item. To protect the health and safety of our customers, we only sell items that are 100% brand new. As such, we’re unable to accept any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
With rare exceptions, returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be accepted within 30 days and are subject to a 70% handling fee, as we do not restock or resell used items. We recommend confirming you’re delighted with your purchase before using, washing, drying, or discarding the original product packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Color: Please verify the color of your Beddley purchase before removing it from the packaging, spreading it out, or washing it. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, color perception may vary based on lighting conditions, screen settings, and device displays. Subtle differences in shade or tone are not considered defects. If color matching is essential, we recommend viewing the product on multiple screens and in different lighting before opening the package. Returns due to color dissatisfaction are only accepted if the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
Size vs. Dimensions: Please verify the exact dimensions of your Beddley purchase before completing your order or removing the item from its packaging. Dimensions are listed on both the product packaging and the product page (see the Size Guide). Duvet cover sizing is not universal; for example, a “Queen” size may vary by brand or manufacturer. Measure your duvet insert and compare it with our size chart to ensure a proper fit. Do not assume a “King” cover will fit every “King” insert, and so on.

Beddley cannot accept items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to bleaching agents. We cannot claim responsibility for shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, dry cleaners, irons, or steamers.
To return an item in its original condition, please contact us for instructions. Include the reason for your return so we may direct your return to the appropriate address.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days to screen and process returns. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling.

All returns must include the original product packaging in which the item was received. This packaging is part of the product itself and is required for us to verify the condition, process your return, and maintain strict health and safety standards.
If the packaging has been discarded, we’re typically unable to accept the return — even if the product appears unused — because it can no longer be verified as new. For this reason, we strongly recommend keeping the packaging until you’ve decided to keep the item.

Except if we inadvertently sent you the wrong item, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We're happy to provide a prepaid return label if requested - the cost will simply be deducted from your refund amount.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost associated with that order may also be deducted from your refund.
We recommend returning your package using an insured, trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Ordered the wrong color? No problem. We can process an exchange as long as the product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
